I personally haven't had my surgery yet, but all those that have are more than willing to walk you through the process, have you been to your first weight loss seminar? They will schedule you appt with nutrionist, physical therapist, psychologist, nurse practioner and then with surgeon, almost forget nurtrionist before surgeon, every state is different and so is each dr office. Just ask away. If your surgery date is may i am sure you've went through all these hoops, just share what you've already done and other will respond and do there best to help you along the way of your new healthy journey.
