I need to see the nutritionist real soon got questions on amount of calories I sound be eating. No one has really said. So want to make sure I'm on track. Best wishes on the job front an please keep in touch.
    Hi Donna,
Hope all is well with you. I haven't been in the mood to be here lately...I am a real buzzkill :-( I am sorry to hear that you have still having dizzy spells. Did the doctor indicate why? Could it be low blood pressure? I got really dizzy only twice and my blood pressure was really low...I used to be 160 - 170 range...thank goodness those days are gone! I don't have much of an appetite and my hair is still falling out. Take care and good luck with your journey. Hugs, Nancy

Mine is still just heavy shedding but it worries me. I've been still having the dizzy spells when I stand go next week for my blood work then my dr appt. hoping for a answer on the dizzy spells cause its getting really old. Please take care. Donna
Hello, I'm doing good. Actually ate out with my family an didn't get sick. My hair is heavy shedding so hopefully that's all it will do. I finally reach what I call wonderland. Under 200. I'm down 71 lbs now. Haven't gotten my 3 month appt yet. Ugh! Been so busy with vacation an other things that I keep forgetting to call. I have to count my protien an water. Makes me crazy but I do it. Been getting light headed often so hoping they will be able to tell me why an what to do to correct it. I've had problem with my iron before so that maybe what it is. Keep me posted on how your doing
Im sorry to hear that your still having problems with the hair loss. I was hoping that the next time I heard from you that it had gotten better. What do they have you doing for it?
Hang in there and keep on them about the hair loss...there has got to be a solution! Huggles, Kelly
Hello again! I actually live in Oneida, so I teetered between going to Syracuse or Utica since we are right in the middle of the 2, and chose Syracuse because a few friends had gone with them and were very satisfied. Upstate Bariatrics is in Syracuse....they are located in the former community general hospital up on Onondaga Hill. They do all of their surgeries there, but I have to go to the original Upstate hospital this Wednesday for my pre surgical scope. They do those at both locations, but he is doing them at that location that day. I am beyond excited and ready to get the show on the road with this surgery. I joined the Gym a month ago and have been working out like a crazy lady as I dont want alot of flab when all is said and done LOL Ive been working with a personal trainer and I am like his 25th Gastric Bypass person and he is super educated on what to have us do.
Hi there NoTurningBack! I noticed that you are from Upstate NY, as am I. My surgery is going to be done by Upstate Bariatrics.

Good luck on your journey and if you need a semi local weightloss partner, I am right behind you by just a few months! :)
