Hello!
Had RNY 2009. High weight 285, low 174, current 196. I recently put this weight on, I quit my job early retirement. I continued my bad eating habits after I quit . My job was pretty physical so the food was really not an issue for the most part. I have a couple injuries which prevent me from exercising . I joined another website and I have began my journey back to the right foods, etc. I basically forgot all the rules. I'm on protein shakes during the day (4) and a high protein meal at night. Thought I would try other websites as well need as much support as I can get!!

Hi Bluetopaz! I have the same problem. I got down to 170 and I am at 200 right now. What protein shake are you drinking and is it working for you?

Well I was using Chike... It is awesome but it has 190 calories per shake which is a lot. I just purchased one from Walmart recommended to me called Muscletech Premium Gold Whey protein in vanilla ice cream.. It's wonderful with130 calories.. The shakes are confusing.. But taste is important. I love this one and prob going to go get the chocolate too so I have a little variety. I also use unsweetened almond milk to blend it with ice in blender.. Like a milk shake!!

Thank you for letting me know. Do you use sugar free ice cream or something else?
I will go look at it.

Vanilla ice cream is the flavor.. I use unsweetened almond milk to blend with ice.. It's yummy, last time I got almond coconut that's good too!

Okay, I understand now. I have never used anything like that. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks!
