Hi new to group. I am 8 yrs out from gastric bypass. I have regained almost all my weight. I am going to do the 5day pouch test and try to get back on track..anyone in the same boat???

If you look under our 'Articles and Resources' thread on our homepage, you will find an example for a 5 day pouch reset plan that may be helpful for you.
