Water

Hello I'm new here . Just had my surgery Jan 4 2017 . Everything I taste it nasty even the water . What can I do ? Please help me ... I try different flavor ,tea , milk ....ect

I too have been struggling to find something to drink. I choke down plain water, but fall short of the 62 oz I'm supposed to be getting in. Have you tried adding Crystal Light or sugar free Kool Aid? I couldn't stand the taste myself, but I've never liked artificial sweeteners. Still miss my sugar, I guess. Good luck.
