Karate for exercise and discipline

I have found a great Karate place near me that I am joining after a free trial on Tuesday. My 20 yr old son is going to the same place foe MMA training to stay healthy.... What are you all doing to have fun exercising? I still walk alot but need/want more... Love to hear from all of you out there...
 
I like dance class and Zumba class. The other people and the music helps me remember to go. Also, I like watching the younger kids add harder steps while I still feel part of the group skipping some of the harder steps.

I mostly walk at this time. I want to get back into crossfit, squash, and even dragon boating again. There is a crossfit gym close to my home so I don't have excuses to not go. My boyfriend is interested in trying squash, so I will have a squash partner, and he is also trying to lose weight so we are able to support each other.
 
I have been working out on the recumbent bike in the "cardio" room at work on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I walk around the building several times a days. Then I ride my recumbent bike here several other days, however it isn't as easy as the ones at work. Of course, it's a cheapy. Just ordered a Bowflex Treadclimber so will be using it once it comes. I used it when I was going to the gym a few years ago and I really liked it. Been wanting to get one for a few years. Finally biting the bullet and doing it. My husband is going to use it, too. Working on cardio now. I need to start using the weights I have to build my arms. I think we are all doing great and I am happy I found this support group.
