Hello all!

I am a 35 year old mother and wife. I finally am getting a surgery date on May 9th, I am getting the sleeve surgery. I am uber excited. I have been waiting for what seems like forever to have this surgery. I have jumped through soooo many hoops to get to this point. Just looking for some folks for support. I was in some Facebook groups but they proved to be very toxic so I stumbled across you guys and here I am!!

Facebook support groups I shy away from but I have found out that the people here are very nice and supportive. Hang in there.

Well glad to have you join us.. I think you will find this to be a great source of info and support. everyone I have met so far have been great.... We all know what you are going through as far as hoops go... I believe you will be very happy that your getting your surgery. I know everyone I have talked to are glad they did it.....
