Sleeve confused

Confused about what to eat after surgery. Im getting the sleeve in aug 2017.

Your Dr will let you know what you can eat, every hospital is different

I am at the purreed stage. And I was told that anything could be purreed. .ex. chilli..shepards pie fricot..lasagna. ..just try and get stuff high in protein.

I wouldn't eat any of those things purred, they lasagna and Shepard's pie is mostly carbs, and you want to eat protein, how about scrambled eggs, or protein shakes, or maybe chicken, chewed till it is applesauce consistently

I was told that pastas bread and rice we're not the best choices and to stay away from red meat. And have the low fat and low sugar. Surgery only makes our stomach smaller if we eat the wrong things or high calories foods we can gain weight. Unfortunately we still have to do the work and make the right choices.
