Hi, I'm new here just wanted to introduce myself. I had surgery 2 yrs ago. I need a support group because I'm starting to get discouraged. I've been concerned about some weight gain I've had recently. I never reached my goal weight, I was 12 lbs short of reaching the goal. I've gained 18 lbs back. This has me very concerned and depressed. Anyone else been through this? Please help if you can. Thanks
