Protein shake weight loss

I started the 2 week protein shake diet last Monday. When I weighed myself today, I was down 11 lbs. I actually tried on some jeans that I bought in the Spring and was only able to wear a few times before I outgrew them. THEY FIT!!!! Can't wait for next week.
