RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS STILL NEEDED!....Please pass on to anyone who might want to volunteer to take the survey.
My name is Julia Ray, MA and I am conducting a survey under the direction of Jennifer R. Antick, PhD, and Pacific University. We are investigating the long-term challenges of following bariatric surgery guidelines. We are using a completely anonymous survey method that will not request or collect any identifying information about you. If you had any type of bariatric surgery at least one year ago and you are over the age of 18, we would really like to hear from you.
Survey questions focus on surgical history, adherence to bariatric surgery recommendations, weight loss history, a little about anxiety you might experience, and your perspectives on your healthcare. Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. If you decide to volunteer, you will be asked to complete a 5-10 minute online survey that is completed anonymously. We will not know who responded and there is no way to link answers to you. We would love it if you could fill out the whole survey but you can stop at any time.
