Going back to the basics, for the most part, helped with my weigh in today. I'm down 8.6#. Total weight loss now at 99#. 100 is so close I can taste it!!! I'm now 51% of the way to my goal. I feel like I can do this. Now to continue to use my "tool" correctly.

I am so thankful to this site. It is so much better than the in person support group my doctor provides.
