I had the bariatric sleeve surgery May 22, 2014. At my 4 week visit I had lost 23 lbs. My next visit is in August. I don't have a scale. I don't want a scale because I have had too many yoyo diets and disappointments from weigh ins. It is now about 2 months and I am already afraid I am reverting back to old habits. The new thing is I attend a gym now and have been there since January. I think I am becoming obsessive with it so that I can justify poor eating habits. Although eating more than a cup of anything gives me a stomach ache. I am 63 and do not want to fail. This is my last hurrah!!!
