thank u for welcoming me i had the bypass, no lapband! i wanted the whole works you could say,for over well amlost 2 years i was 10 lbs away from 150 my goal weight and after the holidays i was going towards 165! WHF-sorry, but what is happening,so i found this site, bought the book 5 day pouch...- busymomof2
