Hi everyone. I had my surgery last Tuesday; therefore, I'm one week out. I tried a protein shake last night and I had the worst abdomen pains, sweating, etc... I think it was the "dumping syndrome." The shake had skim milk in it. I also had vanilla fat-free pudding, and crystal lite/water mixture. I followed the dietician's diet but the outcome was DRAAAAMA! Does anyone have advice for me on how to go to the next level of the diet with less pain? Thanks in advance.
