Hi, new to the group. Had surgery almost three years ago, have done relatively well. Have about 15 pounds to go. Start weight 288 now 166. I am finding myself depressed since I cant shake the last 15. I am VERY proud of how well I have done, just wishing I could see that 150 on the scale!!!

Maybe try taking them before you go to bed? We tell our pregnant patients who get sick on prenatals to do that and it seems to help quite a few of them.
