Thank you for your advise. I just want this to work. Other people just don't get it. Unless you have been through this, you just don't understand. This is not a fix all. It takes work. I am very thankful for this support group.

Hello, i am no new to the surgery as mine was done 2/21/11. I have lost 110 lbs but feel scared that may be all. I need to lose 25 more but seem to be at a standstill. Anyone done the 5 day pouch test?
