If you go to the NWLS page they have a article written about this last week. Take a look. I was surprised.

When I looked this u it says it is CA carbonate. My Dr said I couldn't absorb this and needed to tale CA citrate Only. Is this only if you had the RNY?

I was so nervous when I had my surgery. My fears were unfounded. It wasn't as bad as I thought and I didn't have a drain which made me happy. In a month I have lost 21 lbs. Sounds slow to me but I lost 72 lbs prior to my surgery.

Check out Candices low carb website she has over 50 low carb desserts so no need to cheat. The only thing is she is closing the sie tonight do to cost. you could copy and paste them into word.

Have you considered doing the 5 day pouch test? It will help you reset your pouch and get back on track. I know others who hace done this.
