Tina B I have horrible migraines. I am currently on Topamax 100 mg at night and it still has the horrible side effects. I have botox every 3 months. Have thought about a pain specialist, but not sure about them. Don't know what they do. Mine have not gotten better since surgery.

Hi, I am new to this forum, I was told to join one by my nutritionist. I live in the middle of nowhere and have no access to support. I am out there as far as surgery, mine was on June 11. I feel like I should be doing better but not sure if that is the case. Maybe someone out there can help me.
