hi, pat said you maybe went through some anemia problems? i'v been so sick i have b12 def. and my mcv/mch are low on my blood work my hemoglobin is 11.9 wbc 6.8 rbc 4.94mchc 32.2 i know i'm not crazy i have no energy ,my hair is falling out,i have to eat ice all day,i'm so week and my doctors i'm having to fight with because they say the numbers don't mean that much and there fine,what do you think? i take multi vit. ,calcium+D3,garlic 1000mg,and drink protein shakes,please write me back i would love to here from you
