    You need to give it some time. Your body has gone through a huge change. It needs time to adjust. I lost about 10 lbs in my first 30 days so don't worry do what doctor says to do and keep moving around and the weight will come off.

    4 months out and still can't eat certain foods

    Hi I am about 6 wks out and tried beef (fork tender falling apart) and ate 2 oz but felt bad after. Chicken and fish are ok. I was told to hold off on pork as it can me difficult for many people.
