    Constant hunger??

    Constant hunger can also be a sign of stomach / pouch irritation... The stomachs way of protecting itself is to simulate hunger in order to make its owner add food to help with over acid production and the resulting irritation. Talk to your surgeon or nurse about it.

    It is all dependent on you.... I was up right after my RNY, literally within 10 to 15 minutes out of surgery and being wheeled into the recovery room.. It is up to you and how your body responds.

    I had my gallbladder removed less than 2 months out from my gastric by-pass.. My gallbladder wad not able to handle and process the rapid weight and fat loss in such a short time.. Had mine shown any issues my surgeon would have taken it while performing my WLS, not 2 months later...
