    5 Days Post Op: Have some questions.

    I use a chewable fiber laxative. Can't stand metamucil. Benefiber can be added to any drink and not change the flavor but I haven't tried it yet as the chewable ones work fine for me. Any time you use a fiber laxative you have to be sure and drink your fluids.

    The scales.

    My center prefers that I only weigh at the center since I go monthly but I weigh daily first thing in the morning and only write it down once a week on Saturday. Weight Watchers only recommended once a week when I used to do that.
