Glad you are feeling better. I think having the fruit and the yogurt so early after surgery is what would have caused the dumping and the burping. Stay hydrated drink your fluids and try and get some protein in too. Please keep us posted

Right now, no calorie limit for my pre-op liquid diet, which I start on the 18th. She just said to make sure that I drink as much as possible to keep from being hungry. the protein drinks from new life are only 80 calories and 15 grams of protein, :cool:

I find some great Hawaiian punch at Walmart and it's only $1. The grape is awesome, I have to hide it from my grandkids, and yes they are all sugar free

Walmart carries the B-12 in the vitamin area. Also you can ask for a prescription for Nascobal which is a B-12 nasal spray, you spray it in one nostril once a week. That is what I take.
