Outside of my sister and nephew who live with me i have told no one. Others know i am having surgery but only for repair of my GI tract. I dont want opinions of others. I guess it is what you feel you you can handle. In my circle everyone is opposed so why go there. You are in charge.. Elaine

This site should be a good resource for any info but check with all your drs and i mean all. In wa this process included a physchology assessment and they recommend what they think should happen. Just be sure you get a copy of the resuilts of this exam i.e. if they recommend 4-5 more visits...

I can tell you your experience to me indicates to monitor daily what is going on....if it doesnt seem right get it checked out. So very sorry to here about your experiece i believe it will work out.....but when in doubt let your medical team know. Elaine(lee0412)

hi...i am practicing all my pre op instruction also. this includes crushing my meds put water or whatever they go down best with. trying to increase fluids is so important. need to check with pharmacy about what is crushable. welcome
