Good luck with bloodwork, and stay the hell out of the sun, in future, lol. You might try cloth soaked in aloe vera gel!

Thanks, Pat. I see my dietitian on Thursday and will discuss it with her as well. I'm just looking for the best protein drink with the least side effects. Also thinking about protein shots ( 25g protein in 2.9 oz. flavored clear liquid). They have 5 g of sugar though, so i'm a bit leery.
