Hands swell I use very little salt or pepper and nothing else on my food. It has been suggested that I have some sort of infection that does not show up in a standard blood test. Have you ever heard of this?

I wonder if this happens to anyone else. After I eat about 4 or 5 mouthfuls I feel full and stop. Within about an hour my hands turn red and swell slightly and my sinuses become stuffy. It doesn't matter what I eat so it is not an allergy. My doctor says he has never seen this before and...
