thanks for your reply..wish there was a Costco near me. I do have walmart and the protein bars I have are 12 grams and low in calories and sugars. I know I need to slow down each meal. That is a hard one for me.

If you check your inches I bet you have lost that. It sounds like with your workout you are building muscle..so converting fat into muscle will have an effect on your numbers.
