Hi, It will be one week tomorrow, I am feeling great. I have cramping in my pouch and am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Cold water and food definitely sets this off. I am allergic to protein shakes of all kinds and am consuming only greek yogurt, broth, and cream of wheat/rice.
