    Not working out enough...

    So I know I'm not working out enough right now. At best I'm working out maybe 15 minutes because my knees and back hurt. I was advised 5 to 6 days a week for 30 minutes, incorporating both strength and cardio. I feel like a 90 yr old woman right now. I'm annoyed because I know I can do better...
