They used a regular size blood pressure cuff at my doctors appointment today! That’s the first time in probably 15 years!! I also ran a block today, mainly just being silly with my kids, and I didn’t feel like I was going to die or my lungs were going to jump out of my chest! Not a long run, but it also felt great to move like that.

That’s fantastic 3momchaos. How much have you lost since your surgery? I’ve lost 80 and it feels great taking long walks and not feeling out of breath.

That is a great feeling to have them use the regular cuff!

My most recent NSV was when I had to give my drivers license to a police officer as a witness to an accident. He kept looking at my license and then back at me and I was wondering why he kept looking at me. He then states that I should go to the DMV to get a new license since my picture and description on the license are no longer accurate. When I had the license issued a year ago I was at my heaviest (489 lbs) and had my surgery at the end of June 2020 and now have lost over 220 pounds in 8 months.

I’ve lost 65 lbs since the end of October, 82 since I started the journey last January.
