Excited! Down 55 lbs since surgery. Still a struggle to eat as much as I should, but still baby steps. Killing it with the water though. First photo days before VSG, bottom photo couple days ago. Still a ways to go but I’m proud of myself!

That is awesome! My surgeon told me that many of his patients take 10 to 11 months to lose 50 lbs or more. Has your BMI gone down a lot?

My BMI has gone down 8 units. I see the nurse practitioner next week and I’m so excited to let her know my progress so far.
