6 month checkup advice?

Hi y'all. I have my post-surgery 6 month checkup tomorrow and for some reason I'm drawing a blank. Do y'all have any suggestions for me to mention or ask? I really don't have any particular problems (other than not enough motivation for movement & not as much protein as I should take in - laziness on my part). My blood work came back good, and I've lost about 60 lbs so far. I just don't want to waste a visit. Please help... Thanks, my dear online friends! ❤❤

You can definitely ask about ways to get more protein; they know all the best tricks. You can ask if they have any specific dietary guidelines going forward now that you are past the healing stage. How much longer can you expect to keep losing and how much? You can ask for tips for maintenance, so you can stay ahead of the game.
Also, congrats on your 6-month anniversary and your 60lb weight loss. You've done great and should be really proud of yourself.

I had my 6 month checkup this morning. Weight loss almost 60 lbs (same as Monday); BMI about 32 (almost dropped from obese to overweight!); tracking is the key to my success so far according to the nutritionist & the program director. They made me feel really good about my progress.

Y'all have had my back from the beginning, and I have to share the credit for my good results with you, my good friends here. You have been kind, supportive, and encouraging all the way. I am so joyful today, and I just want to say "Thank you!!!" ❤❤❤❤
