I don't know if this will help, but, I love ham rollups (made with thin sliced ham and some cheese in the middle). I eat lots of cottage cheese. I like salmon and just about any fish baked or grilled. I try different recipes too like the mac and cheese without the mac, and would do the spinach pie except they told me not to eat spinach. I can eat pasta in small amounts too if I don't overcook it. I buy a high protein pasta. You can find some in the bariatric store here. Unjury makes a cheese sauce you might want to try and they have all kinds of recipes to use. of course I love eggs, and a limited amount of peanut butter. I don't tolerate hamburger meat yet either. Wendy's chili and my own chili are real treats for me. I also don't tolerate pork yet but will keep trying. Sometimes it is a matter of trial and error. I know with a bypass there are items you must avoid to prevent dumping or nausea. I still don't tolerate bread so that is the reason for the roll ups. A baked potato is a real treat once in great while.
It's not up to me but I would suggest broadening your horizons and try some new things. Remember to chew chew chew and not drink anything 30 minutes before or after your meals. Other than that, a call to your bariatric nutritionist would be a good idea.
You are doing great! Congrats!
