This seems so slow. I keep questioning if I'm eating enough or too much. I haven't had a period since surgery, I'm wondering hormonal changes?

Where you are at is about what I have been doing since getting under 200 and I am 5 months post but it started between 2-3 months post. One week I lose 2-3 pounds the next .5-1 pound and rotate. When I asked about it I was told its normal. I also look at in in the aspect that I dont have much left to lose so it stands to reason that is going to slow way down.

There really isn't a "normal." There are averages, but those are misleading. You'll continue to make progress as long as you are making good food choices, staying hydrated and working in some resistance exercise. Some people take two years or so to reach their goals, some get there in a few months. It's hard to predict, but regardless of how quickly the scale numbers change, your body is changing for the better. I think most of us want it to go really fast, but in most cases we are losing much faster than we put it on and just need to continue to build good habits that will last a lifetime and help us keep the weight off for the long term once we reach our maintenance weight.
