New to this posting thing.
So, went in at 243. Lowest weight was @ 139. (Thought I loved that weight, but when I look at pics, I think I was too thin) Anyway, I weigh about 164 now and would be happy at 145-149. Started Weight Watchers about 2 weeks ago and lost 1.5 lbs. I am hungary all day long!!! I can eat anything without too much aggravation. Everything is in moderation.......
I think my food is not staying in my pouch long enough and is going straight to my small intestine.....I'm trying to figure out what foods will keep me "fuller" without exceeding my daily points. This is a struggle ??? Can't seem to break thru this puzzle.
