A month in

He'll everyone I had surgery on the 8th of this month. I am finding myself with difficulty eating. I get full very fast. I have no taste for food I find myself not wanting to eat at all this was my only joy in life. I have lost 30 pounds but really not excited I did this because I needed to not really wanting it. Dont get me wrong I want to be healthy but I see that this is not healthy as I am not eating or drinking my protein as I should because even as I have alarms to drink its tiny amounts. I get a 8oz bottle in a day if im lucky. I have seen an improvement in my liquid intake but my body aches every day now.

Hello Cherryred- you are still recovering from major surgery, nothing will feel right for you. Think back to when you made your decision to have the operation. You knew there would be a time of pain and discomfort and lifestyle changes. It would help if you spend time focusing on the healthy body you wanted. Food is not your friend. You must renew your focus and realize that food is NOT your friend.
