I joined the group 1/8/2020 - posted a small blurb - so now i guess I'll do a proper introduction.
My name is Tracey I'm 54 years old, 5'4" and I had RNY Gastric Bypass surgery 1/22/2020, one of my best decisions thus far. My highest weight 250, surgery weight 220, current weight 205, goal weight 140.
I'm a married and live in the Triad area of NC and a mom of 5 beautiful daughters and 4 beautiful fur-babies! They range in age from 30,27,18,17,16. I still have 3 teenage daughters living at home. My 18 and 17 year old will graduate high school in June of 2020 and my baby-girl is a Sophomore.
I run/manage an accounting firm when I'm not doing things with my family.
I enjoy cooking, playing softball (something I hope to get back to doing soon), anything and everything in around or on the water, reading, introducing my girls to classic movies and music, traveling, and having family game and movie nights!
I have a small group of close friends. I'm not what people would call shy, I'm more outspoken. New people meeting me have called me brash or a bitch - this is usually because my mouth filter is NON-existent (it'd probably chap my lips and I wouldn't wear it anyway)
. Then again - most women who speak their minds or have informed or educated opinions are often labeled bitches. I'm OK with that.
Let's see - not sure what else anyone may want/need to know, if there's something else you'd like to know - just ask!
