Even though I have done very well with my weight Loss, I am stuck, stuck, stuck. I have followed every rule, (except excercising everyday, 3 times a week usually), and watch my diet very closely. I gained 3 lbs about 2 weeks ago, and it will not come off. I still have 23 lbs to reach my goal and I do not need to gain weight. What on earth am I doing wrong. I'm very frustrated and upset that I gained for starters and Im doing everything I can to get that back off, and move forward with my weight loss. Can any advise me on what to do, or what I am doing wrong. I'm tracking my food, I'm getting my protein, and I don't eat sugar or bread, or high carbs. Any suggestions. Fluid intake is not above average at all, probably could stand to drink more, and maybe I;m drinking to soon after eating, but I'm feeling hungry more often, snack a little, but only with good things. I dont know.........help.
