Advise Please!

Even though I have done very well with my weight Loss, I am stuck, stuck, stuck. I have followed every rule, (except excercising everyday, 3 times a week usually), and watch my diet very closely. I gained 3 lbs about 2 weeks ago, and it will not come off. I still have 23 lbs to reach my goal and I do not need to gain weight. What on earth am I doing wrong. I'm very frustrated and upset that I gained for starters and Im doing everything I can to get that back off, and move forward with my weight loss. Can any advise me on what to do, or what I am doing wrong. I'm tracking my food, I'm getting my protein, and I don't eat sugar or bread, or high carbs. Any suggestions. Fluid intake is not above average at all, probably could stand to drink more, and maybe I;m drinking to soon after eating, but I'm feeling hungry more often, snack a little, but only with good things. I dont know.........help.
 
Not all weight is fat water retention has a big part to play in daily weight fluctuations. Things like sodium and potassium can have negative and positive affects. But If you are truly sticking to your plan you have nothing to worry about. Forget the scale for awhile and just carry on with your life and enjoy yourself. Attend to those things that give your life meaning.
