I mean that my battle with weight loss has only began... I’m not a support group type of guy but I realize this is not something I can do alone..

What type of surgery did you have? How have you felt about your results so far?

Sounds like the "honeymoon" phase is over for you... we all go through that on some level. Welcome to the group.... there are a lot of really helpful people with a wide variety of experiences and all at different stages of their journey.

Are you a year post-op or a year pre-op? What are you currently struggling with? I wouldn't call myself a "support group" kind of guy either, but this forum is very helpful. You'll get a variety of viewpoints and experiences and ideas. All we need is a bit more info about your battle.
