Braunschweiger Spread

Made this recipe for New Years eve. My stomach tolerated it very well. It's pretty addicting as one guy who has eaten Brauscheiger loved it and had not had it this way before. Loads of protein, it went down easy on some Ritz crackers for me. I would say out of 10 of us, 9 of us loved it.

Yum that looks & sounds so good. I haven't had braunschweiger since I was a kid. I used to really like it. I think we also called it liverwurst; not sure if it"s the same. Anyway, making it with cream cheese & Worcestershire sauce seems like a winner. Thanks!
