I’m always bothered when people say they’re going on a no carb “diet”. For 2 reasons. 1. It’s not sustainable. 2. Carbs aren’t evil! I just read this article this morning that helps back up my feelings on the subject. I also like that it lists white potatoes with skin on the complex carb list because potatoes get a bad reputation. It’s not the potato, it’s how it’s prepared or what’s put on it that make it not as health.
