Coffee

Morning coffee is like religion to me. I have never enjoyed drinking coffee out of an electric coffee maker or a big urn or that crappy coffee they give you while you're waiting for them to change your tires at the Goodyear dealership. I buy beans and I grind them myself and I make a handmade cup of drip coffee every single morning. I drink it with relish and allow that time for my daily thoughts and affirmations. The delicious taste and smell of the coffee go a long way to underscoring the beauty of life and the possibility of something close to perfection.

I don't know who started the rumor that coffee was bad for you but I don't trust any new medical fad. Only the caffeine could possibly be bad and you get caffeine in tons of other substances that you consume, including most tea.

And though most people don't really talk about it, coffee seems to have an enema effect on your bowels first thing in the morning. Even just the smell of coffee sends me rushing to the bathroom for my first BM of the day.

Have your coffee girl! Don't overdo it. Just have that one cup you love so much. You have to deny yourself a lot of things but coffee is not one of them.
Yes, I drink coffee every day too with no problems

I’m 8 weeks in. Feeling also back to normal. Eating normal food. But now I’m wanting that one cup of coffee I was having before I start my journey. I have been looking online about coffee after surgery. Nothing is ever clean. All I want it just my one morning cup.
Does anyone else drink coffee.
I get low acid coffee - there are several brands available online (usually shop for them on Amazon). My faves as far as brand are Lucy's and Manatee
