Hows everyone doing? It's hard to find the foods needed for the diet. I'm in los angels where the number of infected people are rising. I work in health care taking care of seniors. This week I'm working 60 hours next week and for awhile I'll be working 72 hours a week. All the gyms are closed. Any ideas on workouts that can be done with no equipment at home or work? Everyone keep safe when you have to go out. Best thing to do is hand washing and social distances from others.
