I don't cook often so as Diane mentioned, frozen meals are my go-to at this point. Healthy Choice makes a really good Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo for about $3-4. Only 190 calories & 8 grams of carbs


Atkins also has several low carb choices, I really like their Chicken Margherita. It has 400 calories & 9 grams of carbs so a little higher but still ok as long as the rest of your day has been low-cal.


Typically on Sundays, I'll make a big tossed salad and cook 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (marinated in my favorite Italian dressing). I'll get 3 meals from just that one cooking session.
