I am new to this 8 weeks out from sleeve surgery. I was doing good until food introduced. I have diarrhea after any food I eat within 15 to 20 minutes of eating. Stopped all dairy products doctors order. Still having problems. Anyone else have this Problem? Help afraid to leave home

Do a Google search for "Dumping Syndrome". That is a problem when we introduce too many fats, sugar or other foods that we don't easily tolerate after surgery. Go back to your earlier post-op diet and slowly add back foods to identify the offending food. More importantly, keep in touch with your doctor and be aware in case it is something else.

I have diarrhea 3-4 times a week. I wait until I think it is over, then get dressed and use a feminine pad just in case. It isn't as bad now that I eat 3 servings of fruit a day.
I'm also having the same problem, haven't been able to figure it out

Focus on each food you are eating. Start with a protein shake diet and slowly introduce your solid foods to find the problem. Contact your doctor as you could be losing important nutrients.

And it's probably causing you dehydration, no matter how much water you're drinking.

Have you had your galbladder taken out. I know after I got my galbladder taken out, everything goes through me. I thought there was something wrong with me but when I asked they said no it was just my body adjusting to the difference in my body. Your body could be doing the same thing right now
I had/have the same problem and my doctor said I needed more fiber in my diet. Ist I had to eliminate sugar from my diet. Read your labels. No soda, even diet. Bananas are recommended for relieving diarrhea, and are a natural source for potassium and fiber.
Apples also help and are another natural source of fiber.
I wear a pad or an adult diaper (in case I don't make it to the bathroom in time). I hope one of my suggestions helps.

Thanks for asking. Everything is the same. I had my surgery in 2005 (for my 50th birthday), so it's just part of my new life. Having diarrhea is a small price for me to pay to lose and keep off
170 lbs.!!!

Did chewing your food to mush and taking 30 minutes to eat help with the throwing up?
