Discouraged

Just wanted to post cause I am feeling very discouraged lately. I dont feel like the scale is moving the way it should
Surgery date was February 16th at 235
As of today 211 (been.at 211 for what seems.forever)
Do these numbers seem right?
I am eatting between 600 to 800 calories. Water intake of 64oz daily. Averages between 60 to 80 grams of protein. Taking my vitamins everyday. And exercising 3 days a week.
Any suggestions to keep the weight loss happening?

Myansto, losing 24lbs is AMAZING, especially bc, unlike past weight losses, you probably are never going to regain those pounds! I think we all hit stalls occasionally as our bodies are adjusting to rapid weight loss. This loss rarely is done in a straight line. Rather, you will lose some, plateau periodically, lose more, plateau for awhile, wash, rinse, repeat lol. As long as you are drinking 64-80 ozs water, eating 60+ gms protein, and incorporating movement, your weight loss will continue in the weeks and months ahead.

In the meantime, don't forget to celebrate all of the NSVs (nonscale victories). These include zippers that now zip up all the way, buttons that stay buttoned, clothes that are beginning to feel loose or too big, even shoes that feel looser (yes, we also lose weight in our feet!).

Please try not to put too much emphasis on the scale. Try weighing no more than once weekly so you will see your loss in better perspective. Good luck on your continued journey.

Thank you all for the support. It's hard to remember not to focus on the scales number. I actually moved my scale to my basement so I hopefully decrease my weighing.
Also it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one who stalls. Knowing it common is a real comfort.
Thank you all for the encouraging words!!
