Hi All!
Wow! I just went to the "PIC" section and was dazzled by the before and after pictures! I dropped 6 "before" pictures there. I intend to update them as I move along. I really encourage everyone to put their before pictures there with the vow to come back and update with your after pictures!
Observations:
-Not as many combos of both before AND after.
-Pictures of pets and vacations without the people doesn't mean as much.
-Headshots are ok, but full body shots tell the real story of the journey.

I challenge everyone who is here for the duration to document your weight loss with pictures in the PIC section.

Thank you for that reminder, Tex. I noticed you had a new profile pic as well. Very cute. Is it recent?

All my pics are pre op from last Sept and Oct 2018. My surgery was 3/19/19. I'll post some post-op pics when I think my weight loss is noticable.

Thanks. We have our ups a downs but they are my reason for me getting the surgery. They need me and if I keep going the way I am then I may not be here long for them. I want to be able to do more things with them.
