Hi JJC- I haven't had the operations you mentioned, but maybe your bariatric doctor could match you up with someone who has. I've had the sleeve and I know that I had some difficulty with constipation. I can't begin to guess how that would translate. I know that I had to up my water intake by quite a bit and get more physically active. There are quite a few Bariatric groups on Facebook. You could pose your question there. Good Luck!
