Hi I'm one year post sleeve surgery. I know I'm lactose intolerant now and ok with that. However, I am still having problems with diarrhea.I cold use some suggestions. My doctor wants to say it's gall bladder but I'm not convinced it's not something I'm eating and/or doing. As an added insult Im not losing weight. I feel like I'm doing something wrong but not sure where to begin the checking. Anyone else experience this and if so how did you address it. Thanks!

Thanks for the support, I started at 295 got to 250 then came back up to 270. I think it's because my eating habits became troublesome due to the chronic diarrhea. I went on vacation this last week and realized that most dairy is really not tolerable for me as is even a small amount of sugar early in the day. and by small I mean it's already in a food NOT being added by me. so I'm thinking I need to meet with the nutritionist. Thanks again
I just can't thank you enough you have really given me some good stuff to think about and I am making an appointment with the nutritionist today. I agree about the writing things down. Just pulled out my journal right before I saw your response! And I will definitely turn here for help! Thanks again! G

Many items give me loose stool also.
